We are currently looking for volunteers to help with families we assist in the following Local Government areas
- Metro East – Maroondah.
- Metro South East – Bayside, Glen Eira, Port Phillip, Stonnington and Monash.
- Metro West – Wyndham, Melton and Brimbank.
- Metro South – Frankston, Kingston and Greater Dandenong.

We rely on a large number of volunteers who are passionate about helping youth within their own communities. Some volunteers give a small number of hours per month and other give more.

Complete our Expression of Interest Form – scroll up.
Once we receive your expression of interest we will get in touch and let you know the process from here and how you can get involved.
Once we have received your expression of interest form a local TS4A Coordinator will reach out to you to chat about volunteering opportunities that exist and answer any questions that you may have.
From there we will do a phone interview and if we feel the role is a good fit for you we will talk you through the next steps.
For all volunteers we require a police check and a valid working with children check.
Volunteers are asked to supply 2 references in the volunteer application.
No qualifications are necessary. We look for volunteers who are non-judgemental, community minded and have an interest in assisting families benefit from team sport.
We are always keen to explore skills volunteers may have which would benefit the growth of TS4A.
All volunteers must complete the following –
- Police Check – needs to be redone every 3 years
- Working with Children’s Check – needs to be updated every 5 years
- Agree to and sign the volunteer agreement.
- Child Safety Induction
After these are complete you will be engaged in the meaningful work that we do.
There are a few costs associated with volunteering, which can include:
- Police check – $29
- Petrol – you will need to cover your petrol costs when visiting families.
This will depend on which role you take. It will range from one day per week to one day per month.
Each region has a part time coordinator who will train and support you.
We encourage all volunteers to be involved in our fundraising activities.
These include –
- Helping Hands Fundraising evening
- Team Sports 4 All Challenge
- Local sporting club BBQ’s
- Opportunities to present at organisations and sporting clubs
- Assisting TeamSports4All to connect with local philanthropic, community and corporate partners
